Jupitter goes quattrocento (b)

lo-fi from the FSAFA-scene. Project of a member of Watersieve and "I  Plane" Short songs (melancholy, nostalgy meets hope) began alone in a bedroom, then with his cousin-drummer Enzo DiMartino.
Unfortunately, i missed the main part of the concert (so no pictures, sorry!). But it was an excellent starter. A little noisier than the other bands performing. (now don't think they played noise!)

Northern lights (b)
A truly amazing project of Grégory Dal (ex-magnetophone) and Lobke D'hespeel (Breezer, a.o.) excellent sad acoustic lo-fi.  at the Pane et Amore, it was the first show feat. Lobke. Forunately, she succeeded in surpressing his love for the get-up kids. And he almost played a Green Day cover! Nevertheless, Northern Lights gave a very nice show.

Rabbit in red (usa)
boy-meets-girl pop from Blackbean and placenta records. Their first concert in Belgium ever, and what a show it was, Happy Happy, Joy joy! This must have been the freshest pop-sounds i heard that year. you really have to order their two CD's ! not only their song-writing is creative. The drummer played with a chair transformed into a hi-hat.

Wio (b)
frontman of de portables. did releases on (k-raa-k)³, rotten windmill, Blackbean and placenta, zoo_logic, studio muscle, glasvocht and god knows what more.  What can i say? It was wio, great sad songs. electric this time. The audience knew the lyrics just as good as he did himself. popular guy... (and he deserves it)

Jason is like appendix out or palace who did win the lottery. daniel johnston as a gnome. fun.
now, he already released lp's and tapes on labels such as Blackbean and placenta (euh, this was a morc evening, not a bbptc show!); motorway and best kept secret. funny show, and an evening he will remember for quite a long time i guess.
